Automattic: Social Media Manager → Interim Director of Social

Led social strategy across Automattic’s dozen-plus product suite, including WordPress.com and Tumblr, with a five-person team of staff and self-sourced creators. In one year, I grew organic impressions from 99M to 359M (+261%) and engagements from 4.6M to 30.7M (+562%). I led a rebrand of Tumblr, scaled the official WordPress TikTok from scratch, and wrote Source Code, an investor publication for 400 subscribers.

Before social

A decade building audiences in digital newsrooms, including CBS News, The Weather Channel, and The Observer. At The U.S. Sun, I created a game-show beat that grew to about 5M monthly readers. At TV Insider, I broke the single-day traffic record in my first month.

Off the clock

Previously, stand-up comic and UCB improvisor. My show Piano Boy was a New York Magazine pick, and I’ve opened for Nick Kroll and Ayo Edebiri. I live on the Upper East Side with my husband, Max.
